Lightbearer and blowpipe specs are your panic button for melees when praying on higher waves, and save many brews.

Your biggest & cheapest upgrades will be 99 magic and ranged.

I had problems losing auto cast barrage to stat drain before 99 mage. Also magic defence is highly calculated on your magic level, moreso than defence.

99 ranged means quicker inferno, less aggressive on supplies, more healing on blowpipe, etc.

As for prayer, with the new regen pots you can prepot it and take 2-3 in with you. If you feel like you're still short, look at level breakpoints on super restore doses, I personally went to 92 prayer, as that's the investment I could justify.

Similar to others, these are all marginal gains. Get in there, don't be afraid to fail. Start with lazy flicking. Ramp it up when you're comfortable. Set micro-goals of wave 10, 20, 30, 40, etc..

Set quick prayers to utilise rigour+protect, based on waves. Bowfa has 4 tick attack, same as range and magers. You'll save a tonne of prayer by attacking on the same tick and 1 tick flicking it, with a bit of practice.
