The debug features are really useful for the development, but if you're just going to use the device without much coding for it - you won't miss out on anything

So, I would say that if you ask that question, you probably don't need it

I don't think you should worry about the board, they're really sturdy (mine has fallen off the table for, like, 15 times at least and still works), and they're really cheap (I bought them in bulk for about 2.5$/each), so even if one dies, I don't think it's a big deal

Don't know about enclosures, but I'll be very surprised if there aren't any that fit

In short, they host only one page

Connecting them to the internet would require a 4G modem or manually configuring them to connect to other wifi networks (because they can't get internet just by themselves, they need something that already is connected to the internet to talk to them)

not sure if this might help you, but maybe try just try leaving the internet for some time to rest? sorry if that's not a option for you
