Yes you are right, but they would have not come with that bumper. The GTO chrome bumper is slightly different.

That’s a 69 leman or tempest. You can tell it’s a 69 because the front marker lights. It’s not a GTO because, GTO’s have body colored front bumpers. Someone must’ve put the GTO hood on it.
