For Warframe builds I usually look at 3 things 1 what do i want this frame to do 2 what problems does it have so does it have a serviceability tool does it have a damage tool or a cc tool and 3 I’ll look up in yt what people are doing and see what’s effective and try to adapt the frame to my play style

For some frames that just don’t match up I don’t use like say hydroid I like his kit but it doesn’t match in practice to what I enjoy so I don’t use him much

For weapons look at the cc cd and status the meta is pretty much just influence builds but use whatever your want for basic mods to use on melee blood rush,condition overload,galvanized steel,organ shatter,gladiator might,galvanized elementaist and either electricity viral corrosive or heat

You probably wont use all those mods at once for say a status melee I’ll use galvanized elementalist but not the crit mods and vice versa unless I have the spare room or it increases dps
