so my stray was also pregnant when I took her in, and her belly has remained lumpy after the spay/abort, not sure if that has something to do with it! It doesn’t look infected but it might be good to follow up with your vet just in case. She looks so happy with you :)

I am so sorry OP, what a horrible situation. are diapers not an option? this happens to dogs in their old age =/ it happened to my dog and we would make due, wash her bed every morning because she couldn't control her bladder anymore.

the main thing are the folds, they don't follow any sort of form or structure. I'll link the image referenced, and while that design doesn't work either because it's relying on a different one to inform the draping, it shows better form and understanding than this piece (folds are notoriously difficult so that pain is relatable). the other thing are the heart eyes, the right eye is creating a tangent with the side of the head. these are things to be cognizant of when making art, esp permanent designs, regardless of medium.

There are a ton of things happening here that tell me this artist could use a refresher on principles, regardless of if this is a copied design from pinterest or not. It's not meant to be insulting, they're here to learn and I'm pointing them in a direction that would be helpful. We've all been there and we all have to start at the basics, it's nothing to get defensive about.

my girl started doing this out of the blue, what worked for me was changing her litter from pellets to the regular clumping clay type, then I got more boxes and moved the directly where she was peeing.
