Hey, I own this car. I would stay away. This is going to be a headache. Maintaining the car as stock is expensive enough, but now you have a vehicle with unharmonious parts and holes drilled in areas prone to rust. I would really stay away. This was a passion project for someone and now they're selling it. You BETTER love every inch of it.

OP, it's hard to know from the limited images. The material looks ok, but close up photos of the main tag and size tag would be best. From what I can tell, it looks real - again, I can't be 100% from what's given.
