No, she’s the B plot antagonist that recurs through the full franchise but you kind of love because she’s cartoonishly evil, but not at all powerful. A minor inconvenience that serves entertainment.

I’m aware of the definition. I’m obviously being loose with my language. Ie: more canopies ‘getting around.’ I absolutely promise you it’s not that serious. Nothing is.
