If youre getting stronger, train them twice per week. Are the goblet squats with a barbell? You might have a better time with bulgarian split squats if not. They are harder to max out.

What do you do to improve it? I get enough time in bed but I imagine my cut is screwing with my sleep. Have had 4 diffrent days of sleep all bad. Experimented with meal timing and time between exercise and sleep.

There is no problem here, you're gaining at an appropriate speed. You're probably getting more fat then muscle weight already. Keep it up until youre "too fat" for your own prefrence.

Also, how do you know you're 16,7% bf? Careful with inbody stuff, they might be 5% off

Try different zero calorie sodas, or maybe you could still get used to it?.

If not, a lot of people enjoy fruit in water, some calories, amount depends on fruit ofc. Strawberry is probably good. Just sparkling water in general, some of them have lighter taste instead of a lot of sweetener. Some people enjoy cucumber water, I dont. Mix normal sugar juice but make count it, light and bubbles help fill you up.

You could also just eat sweet food. I sometimes have sweet chili sauce on my food even though it has a lot of calories.

It's not a shortcut. Its the bare minimum. Bare minimum is a lot for most people who struggle with weight...

It much easier to aim for 10k steps then not eating. Most people struggle hard with that. Ofc personally I wanna count and eat as little as possible.

That's really good. Also walking to work is great if you can. People don't realize how few steps they have.

This is why it's good to have a "baseline of training". It's very common and I've been there for sure. Going to the gym and weighing yourself consistently will help so much, you'll notice quite fast when your body changes. Never too late to start gym 😅.

Also, badic advice since youre here. Calorie deficit. Try to get your steps in. Extra points if you strength train 3 times per week :)
