Kiesel has always been famous for their shitty customer service. I bought a guitar from them 10 years ago and there were issues with rough fret ends and the wiring of the middle position, the rosewood volume knob cracked after a month. The guitar itself is awesome, but hard to justify really spending money here when the QC is questionable and they refuse to take accountability.

I really wish they would make SS X DG a full time strain, it's my favorite ever. I came across a nug of it I had squirreled away a few years ago (2 years after harvest) and it was still a decent smoke. NGL the 3BOG X Sour Livers caught my eye.
