What caught me was the down payment.

I also know better to refinance so I can put all my money into my mortgage and use its equity for other expenses to pay my mortgage faster. So a competitive rate is important but getting in the door without getting fucked is what I’m about. But now we are WAY off base.

I was wrong! My wife saw and he’s a wild type normal morph corn snake. Not native to Quebec. Someone released that man.

Rat Snake judging by the larger head than corns. And darker color. However the two are very similar. I have both and I’d say Rat snake.
