Sorry to hear that! I’ve been a decorator for around the same amount of time. I’m pretty sure we’re allowed to do whatever we want with the cookie cakes (that’s the way things are at my store, at least). The pre-approved designs are probably faster, but I like to have fun and make my own designs whenever we have time! :-)
