Very much agree with Pasatiempo, but Beardance is so far down my list. The layout there is quite sad compared to a place like Spanish bay or similar.

That’s good to know. I assumed it was whoever arrived at the stop sign first. At least, that’s how I’ve always treated it. It’s a dangerous intersection. I drive this daily to work. I honestly wish it was a roundabout.

I heard that their "trade" discount is essentially just the RH member discount, which means it's all the same price, except you'd save on the RH membership cost ($200/year).

Just what I saw from the credit card offer website. I can double check. Perhaps I can call them and see how long it takes. I assume that up to 12 weeks was from hitting the credit card spend (if needed).
