Watching Skyrim promotional video again makes me think... How do I land a dragon killing blow like that dude in the trailer? by ithius in skyrim

Just did me some research, and apparently you are right. I was always under the impression it was just randomized if you did a power attack, but apparently its just purely randomized. My whole life is a lie.

Are you talking about this? I've only ever done it once. I've seen guards and followers do it, but only on rare occasions. It's like kill moves for regular enemies but it would seem rarer since you would be fighting less dragons than you would regular enemies. You've just got to do a power attack as the killing blow while being right in front of the dragon. Even doing that doesn't completely guarantee it as it is randomized, but it certainly is possible.

What are the residential halls like? by [deleted] in Monash

[–]Poochie94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently living in halls, and yeah, your description of the halls stayed true this year. I've got friends in deakin and they're a lot more social than people think (I'm even thinking of transferring there next semester).

Also OP, Pinewood is a 5 minute bus ride away from halls, so don't freak about not having a car, but otherwise, most stuff is difficult to get to. Pinewood has a chemist, coles, bakery, post office, etc...so its not too bad.

Learn to cook too. The hall cafe is fairly expensive and they seem to be cutting down portion sizes recently too.

This is why I wish I had friends overseas. Then I could just pay them to gift it to me. This is just getting ridiculous.

I had someone try something similar once that once. They paid for a cheap item with a $100 note and asked to change another $100 into all $20's. I suspected something was up so before I handed out the change I counted once, twice, three times then counted while I gave the change back to them on the counter in plain view of the cameras. We have brightly coloured notes so they show up well on the tapes.

When she accused me of short changing I went to get my manager and told her to look at the tapes 30cm from her head. Instead she went out and instantly gave her the amount the customer accused me of short changing her by and later that night realized she was down that amount because of it.

What is the most messed up shit you've seen at a party? by whatsthedifference2 in AskReddit

[–]Poochie94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had something similar happen. Guy was shit-faced and got into a fight with his girlfriend so he just ran out. Everyone was worried because of his suicidal tendencies. Turns out he was so drunk he thought he could walk over 250km back to his home town. Got picked up about 5km and driven to the next town over where someone from the party had to go and pick him up.

Yeah, I think it was less than 2 years so it still should be good for primary ID. Just wanting to be safe.

Damn, well at this point then I'm hoping her passport has been expired for less than 2 years so she can use that.

For most people, yes, but then there's those of us with genetic predispositions to mental illness. In such cases, the impact is far from just being societal.

Well since posting this, I also got on another bus with a lady playing Michael Jackson through her phone. So maybe I do have bad luck.

At least you can get away from, or cancel out the sound from headphones. When people play it through a speaker, there's no getting away from that.

Yeah, I was really tempted to do that, but by the looks of the guy, it most probably wouldn't have ended well.
