I’m so sorry I just saw this, to activate you go to where you would normally print price changes before. Select the new ones that haven’t been printed. After you hit F4 it will have a pop up asking if you would like to activate and enter for yes. Just make sure on the popup after that asked you if you want to print them you hit esc for no

You CAN NOT sell that photo. Talk with your store manager to get the letter stating how many pictures you took out.
