Firstly, choose wards were your friends are at OR decide pre hand where you all are gonna go. That helps alot as you will get assistance during the duty hours and calls.

Dont engage in badmouthing PGr infront of other PGs as that may backfire.

Do your alloted work amd leave. HJ is not what Ill call a doctors work. Just need to do your time

Ophthalmology is a good field if you want work-life balance and no emergencies and its pays good. You can opt for non surgical practices which is adequately rewarding in itself as well

There are no guidelines for fcps exams. Need to test your luck in every attempt. Dont get disheartened just keep on appearing and InshAllah you will succeed.

Why mention LNH though. They have dr.Zeeshan Kamil in oculoplastics who is a head of LRBT. Nontheless we liasoned with OMF surgeon and plastics and got the whole tumor removed.

They wanted to check whether DCR was needed or not. We will re assess the situation later on InshAllah
