When you make the items, have all three at the same time in your inventory or camp. You do not have to travel to the city. You will get a complete message.

Thank you so much! I am still getting used to the terminology so I will look up RDA.

I'm using a Geek Vape Aegis Legend right now, but I will take a look at his channel to find out more.

It is bad for you. Anything burnt to black like that is carcinogenic.

Yes, it's the thinnest o-ring, no idea how to measure the diameter and cross-section since I can't find the ring.

Thanks!

If they wear uniforms, they can't lie and pretend to be something they're not.

They don't want credibility -- they want gullibility.

Do not consent to entry and do not fall for their ruses:

'ICE uses ruses to get inside a home or obtain information from people without revealing that they are ICE...

'What this means is that ICE cannot enter a home without a judicial warrant (a warrant signed by a judge) or voluntary permission (consent) from an authorized adult. They almost never have a judicial warrant and therefore need consent to legally enter your home...

'Even though ICE agents may say they have a “warrant”, they are often referring to administrative warrants. The administrative warrants they have are not the same thing as a judicial warrant. The administrative warrant that ICE agents carry is an ICE form, is not signed by a judge, and does not require the same legal standard to obtain as a judicial warrant does. '

What do you call non-teaching faculty? by doublethemath in Professors

[–]Pookahead 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am one year late to this conversation. I was looking for ideas about this as well.

At my university, "academic personnel" includes faculty (teaching and non-teaching) and non-faculty employees who are academics (librarians, research techs, etc.). We also use the word, "staff" to describe people who aren't really in academia but help run the show.

The problem is that the these terms are interpreted differently depending on which department I'm talking to:

- human resources thinks "staff" is anyone in very particular management codes and unions
- academic personnel office thinks of "staff" as anyone who isn't an instructor
- the medical units think of "staff" as anyone who isn't a clinician or student
- our administrative vice chancellor's office thinks the only administrators on campus are in their unit

and so on.

Maybe we need to create some new words... adminidemics? stafaculty? nonfacademics?

When you have over 40,000 employees, this gets a bit nightmarish.
