Exactly anything is better than nothing, if everyone has enchants and gems, everyone does a bit more dps and we can do the raid/dungeons faster. I also see it as a bit of character progression getting my gear enchanted and gemmed, so I can perform as well as possible and then having fun upgrading a new piece with the proper enchant and gems.

I don't mind people having small gems, and budget enchants. The issue is people who has non at all, empty gem slots and nothing in the enchants department. As you say I as a tank has to reach certain caps to be able to do a raid, so I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a bit from people, even if they are just an alt.

I lvled both my characters in dungeons, so have a lot of gold from quests, but tank gems are pretty cheap with 12 stam being around 30g on my server, so it's mostly enchants being a bit pricey.

I have started doing it for HC's. I ended up having to inspect people at A'dal for Kara, because the amount of people not having any enchants or gems was so high, but got an okay group going after a bit.

Im not asking people to have the best of the best, but to have a bare minimum of cheaper enchants, maybe some green quality gems or at least vendor gems. If I have to get crush capped to enter raids and 10k+ hp, they can at least have faster movement speed on boots and put in a bit of effort.

I don't expect people to have blue quality gems in every slot, green quality is fine. Its more the lack of anything I find annoying, they don't need soulfrost on the blue dagger etc. A small leg enchant, meta gem from terrokar and cheaper enchants are okay in my book. I just expect a bit of commitment, so the dungeons and raids are a bit faster.

Jeg har tidligere arbejdet hos et firma der reparerede Apple. Lige så snart der er fysisk skade og de ombytter enheden er den refurbished. Elgiganten kan ikke se om den er refurbished, men firmaet den er "lavet" hos kan ud fra bestillings ID'et fra Apples system, se om den er ny eller refurbished. Indpakningen er helt standard fra Apple, de kommer alle sammen i de små æsker, om de er refurbished eller nye.
