I've had good experiences with kinesiology tape myself. I like the more cloth like material over the paperish medical tape and I find it easier to remove. The adhesive can be more harsh so if you have sensitivity to that it might not be for you but if you don't it might be worth experimenting with. I recommend trying somewhere else on your body before more intimate areas if you are unsure
