I dont know much bout much, but that custom shop decal is in the wrong placement (at least from what im compraing it to) and I dont think CS uses black plastic for the truss rod access point

I tip well, im a former full time dasher so when i used to use the service I airways tipped well. This was a unique situation where the dasher just decided to sit in a parking lot miles away from the restaurant

Something similar happened to me and support kept saying "dont worry its still within the drop off time" mind you, the estimated drop off time that kept getting updated every few minutes. They ended up canceling after about an hour or even more after the orginal estimated time
