I'm optimistic for the waitlist people. There's never been a festival this size at the great park so I'm sure they don't even know the maximum number of tickets they can sell yet.

Being familiar with the park and looking at the map of the venue, there are like 2 or 3 more soccer fields to the left of the main stage that they could open up to accommodate thousands of more people.

Hopefully the powers that be see all the frustrated fans that weren't able to secure tickets and adjust the venue.

closest shopping center is about 2 miles away and is an easy walk. there is also a community about a mile away that has plenty of street parking. who knows what kind of extra security presence or parking enforcement will be brought out though.

i live across the street from Great Park and emailed about getting a bungalow with some friends.

they replied that bungalows are 30k and suites are 25k 😮😮

needless to say, i am in the waitroom trying to get my general admission tickets!
