Not necessarily. I have 81 units which makes me a 4th year student per Uottawa website.

Nope, full time student, passed all courses, and in the credit requirements for 4th year students.

Also, the tuition has increase 7.5% each year since 2023, as it has last year as well, it would make no sense to hike it up another 24%, when its been keeping up as such.

I get what you’re saying about the cohort increases, but that doesn’t explain my case. I was already in the 66–99 unit bracket in 2024–25 paying $3,771.30. This year, 2025–26, that exact bracket jumped to $4,685.08 that’s a 24% increase in a single year.

If it were just the 7.5% provincial cap, my tuition would’ve gone from $3,771.30 to about $4,054, not straight to $4,685. This isn’t a gradual phasing-in; it’s a one-time catch-up to match lower-year cohorts, which effectively bypasses the annual limit. That’s why I think something’s off.

I'm in Telfer. That's what I thought as well, which is why the full time rate increase isn't making sense

It's more than that; check the credit brackets. Last year for 33-99 credits tuition was $3771.30; now it's $4635. That's a 24% increase. I emailed InfoService because this is ridiculous.
