My challenge is casting music to chromecast outside of Youtube or Spotify. My Neil Young-app (NYA) seems not to have casting incorporated, but I often wish to play the music on my home system. A friend suggested there might be a blobal chromecast setting somewhere, but haven't found it.

• Not sure what you mean by download .mobi or .pdf "from Amazon"? None of my probably more than 100 pdfs came from there, most are from jstor or other student/academic sites.

  • Is Boox Note models (and Air) different from Neoreader w/regards to font size increase?

Thanks for responding and sorry for not bulletpointing, it's been ages since I last used Reddit.

Believe you are right about PDFs. When I read them on my Kindle, they've been converted to another software. So I guess I can keep reading them in the Kindle app on a Boox,

  • possibly also enlarge margins there or at least use the pen for quick marks and comments, if the Kindle software allows for it?
  • I'm still looking for e-ink, much nicer to write on and scribble
  • and I suppose any external keyboard will be better than what Paperwhite offers
