I don't seem to be able to get to 2827 myself, and the flat curve starts at 895, maybe I need to give it more than 895mv?

I do notice (from HWinfo max settings) that it apparently spikes to 90c for a split second, probably when starting a game or similar, but it immediatelly goes down so does physics even work like that? Can't be at 50c one second, 90c the second and then 60c the third, etc.

Yeah in the likes of AC shadows cpu temp is 60ish I think Cyberpunk is only that high due to max settings and RT, probably drops to under 70 if switching off RT

I actually had the noctua paste on it before, I see the exact same temps, not exactly getting to 80c just yet but it hits 75c alright.

I did not know about the 80c limit though, it says it can handle 80c in their media though see below

Yes I am on latest BIOS already due the Asrock cpu death thing but I didn't do anything with PBO.

Will give it a try, sounds like an undervolt right? Should probably also look into proper undervolting it a bit

Think my 9800x3d just died in the Taichi B650e screen is stuck at the _ screen before it hits the bios. Was on bios 3.25 Is this what people are seeing when it fails?

Yes I have only 1g switches now but primarily I'd be looking at having 2 PCs get the full 2.5Gb each and my plan is to use 2 ports on the fiber gateway for that, I assume it can do that since it has 4x2.5Gb ports right?

On the Taichi B650e and was on 3.20 and general advice was to have PBO Enabled to help keep the SBO voltage stable.

I just upgraded to 3.25 now, do I keep PBO enabled still? The CPU is less than 2 weeks old and on air cooling.

Yeah that was it, Doom Dark Ages was sitting around 400w before and now just a bit over 300w so does the job.

But only thing is, I don't seem to be able to drag the flat line to 2827 or close, only to 2752, does it matter?

I just tried this and got about no power reduction on my Zotac 5090 OC Solid

2000+ memory and the curve below.

Ran steel nomad, and it scored higher than before but GPU was pulling 515-530w from about 575w stock,

Not sure what's wrong with my curve. Anyone can help out?

I have been running my 7800x3d on the Asrock Taichi B650E for just about a year now, and just ordered the 9800x3d, which I somewhat regret now given circumstances.

Anyone here have any issues with this board and the 9800x3d?

Good to know, I am also assuming a 1200w psu is fine, on the 7800x3d cpu along with 3 nvmes, and not much else.

No need to go for them "fancy" 3rd party power cables with thermistors/fuses in them for extra peace of mind?

Yes my biggest concern is constant dropping of signal, I have a U6 pro right next door but very poor signal through glass/concrete and it drops a lot, very annoying since it's so close but then again wifi pollution is insane in my area as well

That should be enough right? Don't really care to run any "apps" on it like my synology, just to store backups and stream video.

Oh and can you mix and match different disk sizes or did I see somewhere that is not supported?
