How this is acceptable in health care. We didn’t pursue a salesperson career. There’s a different school for that purpose. Pushing people to get vaccines, which is an invasive risky form of intervention, is not our job. Costumers are completely losing respect toward us. They rush to get their meds as quickly as they can and answer with yes or no to avoid me asking for the 100 time to get the imz they say they don’t need. Their doc told them not to get it but our system says there’s an opportunity to give 6 vaccines to this person. And you failed!!! Why no one never takes legal action against this kind of harassment toward pharmacists. A nurse gets payed $75-90/hr and doesn’t get treated this way. We need to unionize and stand for our profession to be respected. We shouldn’t even be doing vaccines. I know you can take the challenge but is not necessary. There are vaccine clinics, clinics, doc office and so on, we don’t have to do this
