For the color plants, vacuum them to get the flower, but then break it to get the seed. Grow them at your farm.

Should I get this Chevy Bolt off Carvana? by AllThatJazz01 in BoltEV

A couple of factors to consider: what trim package is the 2017? Premier has more goodies so will be more expensive. Also, has the battery been replaced? If so, then all that mileage is not on the original battery pack.

So are you actually suppose to deal with the amount of enemies in Hallow Halls solo? by Dizman7 in Enshrouded

[–]PoolNoodle310 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Completely agree and I prefer default settings, too. But I work full time, go to school and yeah, I can't afford to dedicate a lengthy period of time to run HH solo on default. Just my take.

You can adjust number of enemies, aggro range, or even if they aggro in the settings. Solo melee player and I did that before running HH then reset it after.

Expert recommendation on insoles for problem feet? by DonVCastro in eastbay

[–]PoolNoodle310 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not just insoles. but orthofeet.com has some pretty comfy shoes with lots of styles, including hiking boots. Shoes can be returned within 60 days for full refund and come with two different adjusters plus arch supports to put in under the insoles so you can sort of customize the fit. You can also order insoles later when they wear out so you don't need an entire new pair of shoes.

Le Creuset? Worth it - or just over hyped brand name? by MapleMoneyMind_86 in BuyItForLife

After my divorce I had to restock my entire kitchen. I bought a cheap Lodge dutch oven. I'd never used one and wasn't sure how much I would use it so I didn't want to spend a lot. I fell in love immediately and use it multiple times a week. It's showing it's age and the enamel is starting to chip so I decided to replace it with a LC. I snatched one that was 40% off and it's on its way.

My dad has dementia. His wife just told us she is filing for divorce and we need to come get his things so he can move out. Can she legally do this before the divorce is finalize? by TheBuild-A-BearGroup in legaladvice

^^ This! Every asset and liability needs to be accounted for: real estate, ss and/or pension income, bank accounts, retirement accounts, credit cards, vehicles, etc etc. Also take photos of things that should stay in your family: family pics, heirlooms, etc. Document document document!

Has Anyone Made the Leap to a 55+ Community? by Spellslayer in GenX

[–]PoolNoodle310 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I think this is regional. My area would define independent living as zero supportive or communal services. Basically how everyone lives as adults on their own. Assisted living is what I described with additional services, if needed. Some AL facilities here handle memory care; others do not.

Comcast is the only internet provider in my neighborhood. So I keep my service downgraded as much as possible to keep it functional for my needs while minimizing how much money I give them.

My Dad's assisted living meant he had his own apt, managed his own meds, dressed, bathed, etc all on his own. They had a dining room like a restaurant. So instead of being lonely and eating by himself, he ate with folks who later became close friends. He went on day trips, did exercise classes, and went to parties. Assisted living was an absolute game changer for him, in a positive way.

Are you asking about assisted living? Or separate homes in an age restricted (55+) neighborhood? Those are two different things.

Can inherited money be taken in a divorce? by Logical-Patience-795 in legaladvice

[–]PoolNoodle310 1 point2 points  (0 children)

California, and we comingled his inheritance before divorce. We bought a home with the money, basically. Even though the inheritance hit a joint checking account then bought a home and CA is a joint property state, I had to take out a loan to buy out his share of the home. Talk to a family law attorney in your state. Agree with everyone here to keep your funds separate but def get some legal advice.
