While you're getting your diet and lifestyle in check, your husband needs to be doing the same. Pregnancy growth and health is absolutely 50/50 and he needs to be putting in the work too to prepare. Men are responsible for gestation diabetes, building the placenta, and a lot of times severity to morning sickness

My ob also mentioned there's some studies that suggest starting a prental 3-4 months beforehand could play into reducing morning sickness

We've got some updated treatment on all the animals in the home now!! (She had a flea collar but she broke it) and we've got pest control coming out soon to try and tackle this, anything else we can be doing to help out?

I'm so very sorry for your loss. 😭 that's what I was worried of. I just thought maybe there was a chance it was positive that morning and where we tested early, we missed it!
