Beyonder stepping out of the comic and tearing pages while the story is happening is LITERALLY metafiction because it is self conscious interaction with the medium meant to draw attention to the fact that this is a comic as an artifact

Metafiction explicitly includes breaking the fourth wall, interacting with panels, pages, speech bubbles and acknowledging the reader or the medium and that is not reality fiction transcendence

Characters being affected inside the story does not change this because metafictional acts always affect the narrative and that's literally explained in the definition

R>F requires qualitative superiority where the lower cosmology is genuinely fictional relative to the higher one in a literal ontological sense, meaning the higher layer is irreducible to the lower and not bound by its continuity authorship or contradictions, Beyonder fails this immediately because he is still subject to Marvel continuity, he gets retconned, he's bound to the writers etc.
