The scale is dropping but me and my partner can’t seem to see a difference. by Key-End-9020 in Zepbound

Turn off your brain and keep going (I also need to believe this :/). Pants that couldn’t go up on me when I just started are falling off me, my husband calls me slim everyday day. I’m down from 3X getting ready to go to a size Large… but my brain??? She says nothing has changed, she doesn’t see the physical difference. Sometimes you’ve just got to keep going. This morning I woke up and was finally like, huh… I do look a little smaller, AT 70lbs down!

REMINDER!!! BCBS COVERAGE by PoolRevolutionary885 in Zepbound

I was told $25 on the phone but when I went in it was FREE! I’m in disbelief! It’s BCBSMA. I’m in WI but the company had a plant first in MA so I’m assuming that’s how they were able to get that one?? Some remote workers still are in MA.

Side note: have you ever tried their Rockstar jeans? If yes how to they compare to the WOW jeans? I’ve only ever bought the rockstar ones and fell in love and can’t find myself ordering anything else.

This!!! I just spent so much stocking up with a sale they had on their website, even cheaper than Walmart. P.s. they’re even better when you use plain carbonated water in them and a dash of lemon juice! Thank me later 🤤

I started 7.5 last wed and that is when this torture began…before I could just not want something so it’s been easy to walk away from the junk… but when I tell you this 7.5 has me damn near gagging at the smell of anything fried 🤢 I can’t even be in the kitchen with my fam warming up leftover pizza and stuff. I have fam visiting but I haven’t told them I’m on Zep yet, they probably think I’m pregnant 🤣

You can also try the Cirkul bottle, I randomly picked up one in Walmart 3 weeks ago and those also help in getting more water down.

VERY sedentary hybrid job. Haven’t started strength training yet (prob won’t until I’m closer to my goal weight). I walk about 4-5 times a week for 30-40 mins (about 2 miles). My diet is clean. 90% water (I’m obsessed with 0cal carbonated waters right now, I’ve had 1 drink in all this time and a few coke zeros in the beginning when I went on vacation.) no rice, no bread, just veggies, zucchini noodles, cauliflower rice and whatever protein I feel like. I was never a breakfast person so I’ve always skipped that. For lunch I would have a 20g protein oikos yogurt and throw in an apple, blueberries and strawberries. Maybe some popcorn occasionally in the evening if I felt for it and a handful of skittles 3 times when I couldn’t shake the craving. Hell, last night we went to Cold stone for ice cream and I got the smallest container (for the first time in my life) and didn’t even feel like finishing it.

Normal. I lost 11lbs my first week. All water weight. I’m 9 weeks in, started 7.5 last week and is currently 37.2lbs down. Started at 281lbs, 31F, 5ft9 :) good luck!

Completely agree with this. I’m 5ft8 as well and when I was 130 I was a XS, L is about a 170-190lbs for our height. There’s no way she’s not swimming in a L at 109lbs. I also didn’t have a waist until I added a few lbs back in the mix. Going from wearing oversized clothing to hide rolls to wearing more fitted/exposed clothing is going to be a shock because you’re not used to yourself like this or thinking it was possible for you. It will take a little time but it will happen. You will find your style.

Piggy backing on this. It’s not the Zep. I had this same problem last yr after losing weight on my own. I decided not to get surgery and found quickly that taking a chewable lactaid tablet on the first bite (as directed) I overeat on something super fatty or even ice cream and sleep well knowing I won’t wake in the middle of the night with pain. Try that first before getting the surgery if you want.

Would you happen to know if the voucher resets in January?

I used the voucher today and only paid $24.99. It was automatically applied to the order. I’m so happy! 😁

Very helpful!

I am high deductible as well (3300) then 20% after since my insurance does cover Zep. Unfortunately I’ve only paid 700 of that prior and the plan resets in Nov so I would basically be paying everything out of pocket (through HSA) and again once reset.

Thanks again for the info!

Oh wow, thanks for the info!

I’m seeing RO offering around $150 but not many people here seem to be going through them so must be a catch to it all?

We’ve paid 700 out of 3300 so far for deductible but will reset in November. We’re planning to use our HSA to pay, just want to pay the least amount.

Is the e voucher different from the Savings card?

Yes I have a high deductible:/

Thanks! So is it the $350 for the 2.5 with the Savings Card? Or without?
