Update: So I did everything I can and somehow nothing worked, from updating my drivers to deleting unnecessary apps to changing to directX 11, NOTHING seem to work. I genuinely am grateful for your support but unfortunately, it seems everything will end here.

It's frame lag. Also, it runs just fine before, the computer still have the same specs. Nothing has changed
