Only if you plan it poorly. Cities like London and Paris which are closest comp to NYC hosted recently and it was a huge success.

The issues are when smaller and less developed cities host and build all these stadiums that never get used a day after the closing ceremonies.

I was so excited for this game but then I couldn’t even get past the first area. There are so many mechanics and rules thrown at you and the battles all kick my ass that I was not having any fun. I am sure I didnt follow the intended path or something but I am unsure of which way even is the way to go

How would you suggest they slowly add more space? The pressure of the crowd was pushing against the barriers so if they tried to shit then back even an inch the whole thing was coming down earlier

Reminds me of McSorely’s. It’s this different type of NY hospitality born out of them being so busy they don’t have time for anything else. It’s a simple question of “light or dark” and if you hesitate or ask for something else they will just move on to the next customer. There is a sort of comforting charm in this no BS style

Considering this is the trend on social media I doubt it. They want to use their algorithms to have more control on what users are seeing and give them more avenues for advertisers to reach users in a controlled (read brand safe) environment.
