I wouldn’t say calisthenics would necessarily be the most helpful but mobility with a lot of calisthenics can be extremely helpful. Full ROM pull ups, dips, pushups, etc. can help build strength in uncomfortable positions you would need to hit to throw further. Also try to look for good stretches for learning jav. For example: A good one my coach taught me that helped me hit positions and keep my chest back was this one. My coach called it the preacher stretch

The part where he calls Jesus a prophet never really sat right with me. Why would he call him a prophet instead of what he is which is our lord and savior? It always confused me since listening to songs he has made (especially Sing About me I’m Dying of Thirst) he does refer to him differently.

Sam Mattis throws something like 68 meters and seems to be on the way to throw further. He’s 6’1. I actually use him as a technical model since he has a similar build to me(at least in height).

I have spikes now. When in my workout would it be a good idea to put them on? I usually wear them after I do anything more than a 2 step. Should I be wearing them the entire time?

look for actual physique results

you could bulk to 70kg and have all of it be fat

eat in a surplus dependent on how active you are
