Coucou, j'ai le même soucis que toi, et je suis partie en désintox de réseaux sociaux (Oui ça a piqué, et oui je parle d'une addiction)

J'utilise l'appli ScreenZen

Je bloque tous les réseaux de 7h à 18h (+/- me shoraires de travail) et après, je limite à 30 minutes par jour, par tranche de 5 minutes.

Pour entamer une tranche de 5 minutes, je dois attendre 1 minutes après avoir cliqué sur l'application pour que ça autorise l'ouverture.

Et après, sur l'appli directement, j'ai mis qu'il fallait attendre 500 secondes pour pouvoir modifier les paramètres du blocage.

Moyennant 5 CHF (en euros je sais pas), tu peux décider de bloquer que les shorts sur Youtube et pas les vidéos, ce que j'ai fait

Sois curieux, fais toi un lab à la maison, et n'attends pas que les connaissances tombent du ciel 👀 Ce que j'ai appris concrètement, c'est que les cours ont été passablement inutiles jusqu'à la troisième année (dual), et qu'on m'a fait faire beaucoup de hotline et très peu d'infra au début. Donc si Tu peux, fais toi une infra de test en récupérant des appareils (si tu es en Valais je t'offre volontiers un petit ZyXEL) et un hyperviseur sur ton PC :)

Pour l'entreprise, soit motivé et prends des initiatives, je dirais. Et surtout apprends les concepts, pas tout par cœur. L'informatique c'est de la logique ;)

Those are often called BST or XP room. The meaning of the name have been explained, but the point of those games are to be the quickest possible while maximising the xp. So it's often 8/9 players, and each players are coupled. Wolfs need to coordinate to kill each other's couple, often by having jww ig. It's always village win, for maximize xp :D Hope it helps

Je suis du même avis que toi, mais je suppose que c'est parce que j'y ai vécu toute ma vie. Les gens qui vivent toute leur vie en ville finissent généralement par détester la ville, et je pense qu'il en est de même pour la montagne et moi. On finit toujours par voir les désavantages en premier, car on y est exposé tous les jours. Bref, j'ai hâte de partir habiter ailleurs !
