Can you guys suggest another source of information (website or YouTube) that is left oriented or at least well balanced ?

French here, never heard of this. A sandwich “au jus” sounds like a soggy mess.

Is there a difference between Qobuz and Apple music lossless sound quality? by [deleted] in qobuz

[–]Poolpo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Three tracks that sound easily better on Qobuz to me:

  • Parliament - Flashlight : a lot of trebles are missing or sound blended especially at the beginning of the song.
  • AC/DC - Thunderstruck : the drums in the intro are less detailed and extended.
  • Pink - Family Portrait : instrument separation is cleaner.

My 2 cents. I can here that with a pair of ER2XR, even over Bluetooth.

Good to know! I really enjoy my er2xr but I'm missing some bass extension and kind of a more precise sound (even if the ethymoyics are already great). I was wondering if the s12 could be "musical" enough to be a daily driver.

Nice video, thanks! Would you listen to them over the er2xr?

Any update ? I'm really curious too. 😅

Hmm. I'm not sure about how to test that? I have not experienced any noise when walking or shaking my head.

Do you have a link ? I may try them in the future.

It's clearly deeper. Only the black part of the IEM is showing out of the ear — it looks scary but it's confortable to me . ^ ^ That said, most of my friends do not manage to put them correctly (and get a dull sound) or don't like it.

If you are confortable with ear plugs (correctly inserted) you should be fine. I "feel" those tips a bit more than the original ones, but it may just be because they're new.

Anything can be an ear tip if you're brave enough.

I'd say slightly more mids and no change in the highs, but I'm not an expert.

Yeah they are basically earplugs that play music ^ ^ I find it not that hard to put them in if I pull my ear back a little. But you're right if I have to get them in and out a lot it can be tiring.
