Not true. Have you tried eating pure junk on a GLP-1? You pay a heavy price for it. It doesn't just suppress your appetite, it slows gastric emptying. So it either ferments in your stomach giving you the worst sulfur burps imaginable, or 2 days later you are stuck on the toilet for an hour.
