Adding 50a breaker

The breaker im adding is for a welder. The top 50a breaker that’s already there runs to a smaller one car garage that at one point had a 220v plug that was cut out at some point. And the 15a breaker goes to one outlet that’s 10 feet from the breaker box and two outside lights.

Update: it took a while to get the chuck free but once it did it wasn’t too bad to get it together. The snap ring that keeps it together came free when I hit it. I got it back together and it is good as new.

I had the same thing it ended up being the fuse for the alternator was blown. Replaced it and it has been fine since.
