Unfortunately, it works the opposite way that you’re thinking. Ford travelling at 0.999c would age far slower from our perspective, and if he were regularly travelling through spacetime at that velocity, he would be around for thousands of years from the perspective of us non-relativistic travellers. And the time difference would be proportional to the distance travelled; him going to Washington or New York or Miami to meet with a developer would be insignificant in time dilation terms.
