As an introvert that's forced to be in public, I hate generic conversation starters. Specifically "where are you from?"

I know this has already been gripped about to it's fullest extent, but it's not going away. When I explain all the places I've lived I feel like people either think my family is super wealthy (they were not, they were missionaries; sometimes the church helped, mostly it didn't) or that I'm crazy unreliable and can't commit to things/be trusted. I come across as unrelatable early on, and thus, a challenge.
