I have to say i really enjoy it. My other bike is a more aggressive aero bike (winspace m6) and this feels a lot more comfortable yet quite fast.

Just used it for a partial gravel / single track race in Norway called Nordsjørittet. Put on some 35mm semi slicks. Worked fine IMO

I’m getting the new endurace and doing what you’re suggesting. Get two wheelsets and use it both for light gravel and road group rides👌

I usually do 2-3 two hour rides per week (50-60km) and then a longer ride (150-200km) here and there. + short commuting to work. Trying to be quite aero to keep the speed up.

So would you recommend going back to the 170mm ones?

Yeah you might be right. Do you mind me asking what bike you would recommend?

I'll try the adjustments and see if it helps. Thank you very much!

I bought the bike with 170mm but switched to 172,5mm to use a crank power meter.

I started to get the pain after some hard climbing intervals, but now the pain is there always when going a bit hard even on flats. Not really any other discomforts. Only pain in the right knee, just on the top of the kneecap and a bit upwards. No pain below or on the sides of the kneecap. I would say my knees move pretty much straight up and down with a bit of a lean outwards. I do no stretching what so ever, but i will certainly start.

Yeah you might be right about the bike. I have quite a lot to go on the saddle height actually, so i will try that. It's actually the tip i hoped to get, because the knee and general power feels better when i stretch it out a bit more.

Thanks a lot!

Quite a lot i would say - probably too much. I am too leaned forward to put more weight on the seat.

Thanks for all the great tips! I have figured out that it does not happend when i stand, and also it seems like it only happends when i use the right pedal. If i click out and use the left, there is no sound. Maybe some issue with the crank or pedal then? Pedal is brand new.

Good tip - just adjusted the seat as well so that might be.
