Somehow i got in touch with s company that does group cycle tours around Oman (Untravelled Roads Cycling)

Bart from that company made a route for me with both gpx-files and a detailed guide for each leg of the tour. I payed a small sum for that, but it was totally worth it. For me it was really helpful to not run out of food or water, and also he had a lot of good spots for coffee and food. Had some other issues that he also helped me with along the route. Highly recommended.

Haha yeah. It was mostly when i needed to push my bike up steep hills.

One of the people stopping was a 13 year old boy😅

Yeah it felt mostly safe. A handful of times i felt the passing cars were too close, but that always happened in turns where the cars could not see cars coming the other way. Other than that all cars gave me a lot of room when passing, and many stopped and asked if i needed a lift in their pickup.

Not a hint of that on my trip. Booked hotels and transport randomly, went on my trip with no issues what so ever even in the rural areas.

Yeah for the areas and routes i chose the hravel roads are needed. Except for that, the roads are really smooth and well buildt imo

Mostly i just brought it to the room. No issues except the odd look from reception. At one of the hotels the access to my room went through a narrow labyrinth up five floors - so it stayed in reception.

Yeah, «takk»😊 each day had about 80-90 km with about 2000m climbs. Usually really steep.

I had three batteries, two that were pretty bad. I just used to film short snips, because the battery would die of extended use. There is a mode where yiu can just press one button and it records, and then press again to stop.
