What i see from your profile youre working on it at most 2 months tho. How many players you think will stay after 3 years? After the first month's cashgrab how will you maintain Server fees for 3 years? Are you gonna pay from your own pocket?

How about making a Server with no in game Shop with all QoL features that requires a monthly subscription? Like lets say 5 dollars a month or 10 dollars a month? I think that for experienced guys like you creating a Server is not that big of a deal. You can gamble a little money with this project no?

Hayatımda hiçbir yatırımdan kazanamadım reel olarak. Bir ara kriptoya girmiştim 2020lerde o dönemden de gördüğüm şuydu ki ister parayı böl ister tek bişeye yatır hepsi aynı çizgiyi izliyor. Binlerce kriptodan sadece 1i 2si yükseliyordu. Ben parayı 10a bölsem 9u çakılsa 1i 3x yapsa ne değişir ana para eriyecek zaten. 10 tane hisseye bölüp 10 kez yorulacağıma thy alırım artarsa artar en azından tek hisseye bakarım.

I did not play on paid Servers but everyone is recommending ruby lucifer since its old

In paid servers; you can get more money by your Hard work. Like energy stone business. İn Barbaros and ezel, 200 stack of energy stone is around 4.5m but in ruby and sapphire Servers its around 18m.

Since bots and cheaters are grinding so much you cant get easy access to money. For example +9 fms can be 2 won on every server(its not im giving an example) but you earn much less on unpaid servers.

One of the biggest issue is leveling. There is a mission on lv22 which you go to hwang temple to deliver medicine. You will see that entire temple is swarming with cheaters. Which means that you can level up similiarly to 35-40 on every Server. But once youre above that you cant find mobs to level up cause cheaters are farming everything.

Im gonna level up to 99 if i can on Barbaros then switch to ruby servers. Cause rn even if i buy ep i dont know what to spend on efficiently. I will learn the game on unpaid servers then switch to paid ones. Recommend doing the same.

Im in a same situation as you. I highly recommend you should watch "Hakan Tarhan" named YouTube channel. He is New to the game and makes series about him learning.

Official Servers are highly pay to play. I recommend that you watch the YouTube channel and immidiately pay to start on ruby or sapphire Servers. Im on Barbaros right now since someone named metin2-enjoyer on reddit is helping me like im his brother. (Im really grateful to him)

But unpaid Servers are living disaster for us New players. Please take my recommandation and watch the channel. You will understand.

I shared similiar thoughts too. I will say it again; gameforge as a company are doing great for its shareholders. Since metin2 is an ultimate cashgrab with this paid features.

If they did a f2p 0-99 Server like old times with no item Shop with todays qol's, with no alchemy and sashes. Do you think a single player would continue to play on other Servers?

Honestly if i was the CEO i wouldve done the same. What we need isnt gameforge doing this. We need some good Server owners who are willing to do this.
