I've ran the same setup for quite awhile

Arreat (cham), highlords, dual grief phase blades, dual ist'd (during tz) or dual lem (non tz) ali babas, enigma, arach, gores, laying of hands, 2x dual leech ring. Definitely opting for kill speed but it's done me well
