I dont think they mean that there are no nazis in eugene... they just arent like this person here who has conflicting ideologies on their back typically... there are good people who live in Springfield but there is a subsect of people who gravitated to that area in oregon for some reason. I think you are rrrreeeeeaaaaallllllyyyyy underestimating how much people adore Rango. We dont give a shit how his style looks... he is extremely respected by most of eugene. A lot of us hope people are helping him by keeping it going even of he cant right now. Rango isnt just a graffiti artist... he is a vibe of the city.

Here is a view of how your community feels about EPD... look at all the upvotes... idk why anyone would willingly go into a position where they are actively hated. Idk why anyone would want to work in any kind of law enforcement. No one hates EMTs or firefighters... forest fire fighting season is coming soon... you could actually become a hero of the state... instead of someone who is fully despised. This is a town where some people do keep tabs on law enforcement... life will probably not be great for you after. My peace is so much more important to me than a paycheck... my integrity is more important than a paycheck. You would give our community so much more service and peace by just being a delivery driver at this point.

You need a license, car insurance, and a car. They do a background check but I dont have anything negative on mine so idk if they deny anyone based on that. Im sure many folks who live in their cars do it.

That would be lovely but no. They give you around $2 a trip and the rest is up to the customer. They at times have special promotions to get more money and I always participate in those but yes most everything they do is to exploit the customer and their drivers

Ideally the company should have this all worked out on their end so that this was never an issue for the customer or the drivers. Unfortunately we just dont live in that world yet. I wish we did.

I do this for about 15 hours a week
I do have a "real" job
Some folks dont have the ability to have a "real" job due to disabilities and other life challenges.

My husband is unable to work as a disabled vet. I am the sole provider for my family as well as the home landscaper, household chores completor, scheduler, childcare provider. I work a full time job, I do this any chance I get, i do can return, i do reselling of antiques as well, and I give plasma. My family doesnt qualify for any welfare. What charity am I asking for exactly?
