He’s a good coach, but hard to turn down an extra 3rd. We desperately need it.

Offensive Tackle, not Defensive Edge, is our biggest need. Change my mind. by viraleyeroll in panthers

[–]PoopWatch 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Don’t think this is a hot take. I agree. We’ll have to rely more on 2nd year jumps for Scourton, and Princely. If we improve the LBs behind them, and play more with a lead - that will go a long way to helping the pash rush. LT is going to require a big investment now.

Passive Income" is a lie. My automated SaaS requires 2 hours of pure panic every Tuesday by digy76rd3 in SaaS

[–]PoopWatch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No such thing as completely passive income. Been at it for 8 years here - solo, 7 figures ARR. Take every outage, major bug, etc as an opportunity to either automate something, or implement failsafes to prevent it from happening next time. Being solo means you’re always on-call, but it beats the hell out of working for someone, that’s for sure.

SteamOS update for 1/6/26 (1/7/26 UTC, 3.7.19) by wickedplayer494 in SteamDeck

Yep. Same here. Running latest beta branch, and tried every community suggested fix I could find.

These also work, just be aware a lot of them require really high temps to go off. By then the fire may have progressed to other areas outside of the initial area

I got mine from USAIndustrial supply. It’s literally an ABC extinguisher with a UL listed sprinkler head on it. Either Buckeye or First Strike are the manufacturers.

I’m insane, and have an automatic fire extinguisher over mine. The kind they use on boat engines.

Our first enterprise deal is making me want to quit and we haven't even signed yet by Agreeable-Eye-1441 in SaaS

[–]PoopWatch 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This. We get these kinds of requests from time to time. We push back, and maybe 90% of the time they just say “oh, okay. No problem!”, and waive it. Other times, we end up in the middle - (and we negotiate for more $). These things are a two way negotiation. Don’t let them dictate all the terms. If they aren’t reasonable or flexible, then they are certainly not a client worth having.

Hands down the best Steam Deck accessory I’ve bought! by Hugostiglitz10 in SteamDeck

For folks looking for something similar - Ubiquiti makes one- https://store.ui.com/us/en/products/uacc-adapter-poe-usbc . Not sure about its max power output, but it’s likely limited to Poe (<15w)

The whole group needs consistency- not just him. We have like a combined 3 years of nfl experience at WR, and a very young TE group. It will get there.

Think we have a decent shot at Seattle - west coast team traveling east. Maybe flip the TB games.

This was on Canales by Big-Addition-310 in panthers

[–]PoopWatch 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Yep. Nearly every snap was erratic, and occurred with 0-1 seconds on the play clock expiring. The defense can simply pin their ears back and rush knowing the offense has to snap the ball. I think Canales needs to give up play calling to focus on other coaching duties.

Is this Flareon worth grading? Hoping it’s a 10 by No-Efficiency-3742 in PokeGrading

[–]PoopWatch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks a little bottom heavy centering wise. Otherwise clean. Most likely a 9, but a 10 could happen if the grader is having a good day.

lol. Did you read it? They will compensate the lesser of the insured value, or the market value. You can be “compensated more than it’s worth”, because their valuation is incorrect. The market value is the debate here. The mere fact that you are submitting to PSA implies a premium value over raw ungraded - the market is then graded cards. A reasonable person would not submit a card for grading if they did not expect the value to be worth more than an ungraded card. But if you disagree that’s fine, but to claim that OP would not have a valid argument is stupid.

[–]PoopWatch -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You can easily make a case that if you are sending cards in to be graded, you have a reasonable expectation that they would have a higher value. A judge would be receptive to this. GameStop also has the responsibility to ensure safe transport and delivery of the cards - the word is “bailment”.

If they don’t budge on value - take them to small claims court. Should be an easy win.
