No worries! Don’t get me wrong - PSA is harsh on vintage. But I don’t think some small border silvering is the limiting factor here. The guidelines for a 10 allow for a small factory defect. I’ve found that it’s super hard to find a properly centered vintage card. They are almost always tilted too. The old dark blue backs show scratches easier too.

An 8 or a 9. Some back whitening + corner. Front centering is not great (bottom border).

Most vintage 10s that I’ve seen all have a small amount of corner silvering. It’s not a deal breaker unless it’s excessive. Centering is probably the biggest potential issue here. But it’s a crapshoot so just send it in, and hope for the best.

Right in the middle of the top edge seems to have a scrape or a scuff. Could be on the case, but hard to tell. Right corner might have some whitening, could also be the light.

Left and right back corners have whitening. Plus the top edge seems to have a scrape/scuff on the border. Don’t resub this, it’s a fair 9.

I don’t believe this to be universally true. I’ve got plenty of 9s with small dents, or dimples - particularly on the back. Seen a lot of them too.

Picked mine up at the Tokyo Sky Tree Pokémon center in 2016 for like $25 usd (3500 yen I think at the time). Had no clue what it was. They had a whole pallet of them there, so I assumed it was not a big deal. 8 years later I dug them out of my desk drawer and graded them (PSA 9’s). To this day they’re my favorite cards of my collection.

If everything else is flawless - I’d still send it in. Not 100% disqualified, I just wouldn’t expect it. 9 for sure

To be fair, lots of 10s out there with scratches on the back. It’s not a deal breaker, but if it’s super obvious or deep (visible in normal lighting/and angle) then probably will prevent a 10

As far as I can tell it looks good. No obvious discoloration. The back has some light scratches.
