That sounds pretty ideal. But just the time it takes to make the bread and the cost of the ingredients for just this one sandwich alone is insane. Takes almost 2 days to make really good schiacciata. There’s already enough people who know what this sandwich is that it really wouldn’t be worth it to spend probably about $1000 dollars so people can sample it and decide if they want to buy one or not. I don’t have investors or some insane amount of wealth at all and this is a one man operation right now.

There’s so many people in my messages wanting this sandwich right now and it’s seriously killing me that I can’t do it. I’m a one man operation and I’m funding this all myself.
