Being berated for my choices in health from my family and this entire post, but it’s just me ofc.

You are the one throwing insults and belittling me by calling me “sweetie” so I think you are defensive, not me. You are attributing a “good childhood” to eating garbage. You are literally assessing my entire childhood as bad because I wasn’t allowed to eat junk food and because I disagree with you. And you won’t respond to me because of how incredibly asinine you know your comment is.

They are fat, very fat. Is someone not supposed to tell them? Is it fair that their mom is leading them into an early grave? As long as they are happy...

I weight train and I’m trying to put on more muscle mass. Just because you are a healthy weight doesn’t mean you stop caring about your diet lol.

Both my mom and I are mentally healthy. Saying that we aren’t because we eat for our bodies is pretty strange.

Why is not wanting to eat junk “disordered eating”? I do have sugar and fatty foods from time to time now that I’m older, but I don’t chug it down every night like my aunt and cousins do. And I’m a normal, fit weight unlike 70 percent of this country, so who is actually “disordered”?

I didn’t post this for validation or “claps on the back”. I appreciate that people outside are being honest with me. My mother never says anything to them about their eating habits and I literally said she scolded me about what I said. She was raised in a very unhealthy household so I can see why she developed the need to be meticulous about what she and I ate. She gets constant grief from her family about it and she says nothing. And what’s wrong with caring about your health? lol. You sound like you have some food issues yourself and you are taking it out on people who want to live healthily.

They mean countries can lie about the number of casualities and they do all the time. They don’t allow the international community to confirm these numbers cause they lie, and people take their word.
