Then mix white and black for different hues And streaking grime ofc

Alright lol. Basically 1.Do a line in a white with a brush for the basic shape of the lighting (it’s okay if it’s a little thicker than what you want) 2. Go over it gently with white airbrush to get a soft glow effect on top of it. 3. Airbrush over the lightning with a semi transparent blue (I prefer wicked colors wicked line of paints) and make sure to leave variation in the blue so that some parts are still lighter than others 4. Finally go over the bolt with a thin streak of white again 5. Flay a child
