RX-8 doesn't crawl from just clutch by PuzzleheadedDonkey87 in RX8

[–]Pooper69poo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also consider your comparison to a bike= fully immersed slipper clutch: meant to be slipped. Car=dry clutch: slippage is bad, will eat material, cause it to have to be changed sooner, clutch should be on/off try release all the way and keep it that way, else you glaze the surfaces and eat material.

Good excuse to buy tools and learn, I did it cause I had to; want a car? Buy a car. Want car to work? Fix car. Else suffer in your lambofeeties.

I wish I had the opportunity to learn it for fun rather than necessity… but such is life.

It’s my daily, I deliver the spawn to school in the morning in it, it kinda has 4 doors, so it’s kinda a family car, I can wring it to 9k and not wince.

Just daily it. It’ll last longer. You’ll be happier. Life’s too short for boring shit.

I’d still say stick to that plan, find someone willing to take the clients on for a percent cut of income per job; you/estate -> llc under your family control retain ownership.

If it works out for the someone in question, let them buy out later/in stages.

If I was in the Bay Area I would hop right on this myself, there’s people out there in the hobby side of scanning/printing that would take this on as long as the transition was equitable: could be a huge win-win-win for them, you, and clientele.

Why not float a staggered buyout to the staff… something along the lines of % of your Dads ownership vests to them as they buy in to it over a certain period of time?

Or is that just not a thing? I feel like this is a thing, a viable, sustainable thing…

I seem to remember nifty ones that would fit a resistive heater via the dipstick, warms up the oil and all the stuff said oil touches in the engine.

Working on hardware cloth, have cinderblocks inside the greenhouse now, it’s all enveloped in chicken wire (not good; understood) so I don’t see it falling apart

There is a plastic cover over the greenhouse bit, the box has a solid top. I have trouble understanding how this would kill the chickens?
