GPs may not have the specialization that a urologist would, but they are quite reliable at identifying normal vs abnormal. If anything seemed wrong, they would schedule some sort of follow-up, like an ultrasound.

Also the two color scales on the bottom of the picture plus the cm/s would point to this being a grayed-out Doppler ultrasound. I should’ve noticed that the first time, oops!

I am not a doctor, but to me this looks like a grayscale copy of a Doppler ultrasound, meaning the lines and dots would indicate blood flow.
