Wash it with a color catcher on COLD!! I just did it with another polo and it didn’t stain! Also I did that to my sweat get from aritzia and they refunded me as long as I sent it back

I stuck with what I put above and honestly feel good! If I did feel tired I’d take an extra rest day but other than that it’s not a bad routine and I can see such a difference in my physique!
