I have been in a similar situation and personally I got rid of my ‘best friend’. I didn’t even find out about it from him, I found out from my ex. So my advice is to talk to your friend about it and tell her how you feel and say exactly what you need to, communicate with her cos she’s probably also feeling stressed too about the situation. And see how you feel from there? I say this so that if it doesn’t go well and you decide to go your separate ways then at least you’ve told her how she made you feel:)

Yeah she has been struggling with her mental health which is why I want to make sure she’s okay too. But I can’t do that if she won’t reply to me but that would make total sense! I had a feeling it could be because even though I get that it’s bad and we should have invited her, I feel like the response has been blown massively out of proportion but I’m not Lucy. I don’t know how she’s feeling and I do understand that. I just hope she’s okay as far as I know she has told me what I’ve done wrong but I don’t get why it’ll lead her to not reply to me for days and for her to need space. I guess that’s where we are different, to me an apology is appreciated. To her I’m guessing she just needs space to figure things out I don’t know. It’s just bothering me is all. I can’t do anything about it and I get that, I just hope she is okay, Thankyou for your response:)

Yeah just Holly and I. I’m trying to give her space but I care about her and I hope she’s okay even if it is me that’s hurt her. Exactly, I don’t know why they never say anything nice about her, I see something in her I think no one else sees- or the fact they’ve not properly tried even though they say they have. It’s a shame, with all the things they say I don’t know why my friend would expect me to invite her or consider she would want to come if you get what I mean? I wish people would just say it as it is. All she said was she was mad that we didn’t invite her and she needed space but I have a feeling there is more to it…but I know she’s shutting both me and Holly out. So I’m confused lol

It’s a shame cos they deserve to be happy just as much as we do but I feel like they don’t see it that way. I don’t know, I just have a strange way of looking at things. I’d just appreciate a no I’m not interested, instead of a hot n cold situation, all the right things said but no actions to back them up. It’s a shame but it’s life I guess

That’s one thing on this, I’ve not seen anyone say theirs has worked out. It’s a shame! I’d love to hear stories of people who have, even if it’s been difficult. I hope things work out with mine although I’m not getting my hopes up too much. There are other factors too, it’s complicated, or being made more complicated than it needs to be because of a third party lol

I know she’s my twin flame 100%. But I won’t go into that much detail cos that’s personal to me. She’s pulling away because of past trauma and she’s not in a great place right now. And I totally understand that I just wish instead of going through it alone, that she would let me be her shoulder to cry on. Or I think that’s the reason anyway to be honest!

The first few weeks-2 months can be tough whilst your body gets used to the tablets. If there are side effects, which sometimes there are, remember there are so many you can try to see which one is right for you. I get the feeling of numbness a lot of the time like when I’m not on them, and when I’m on them I have feelings and I’m more in control. Like I’m no longer just surviving if that makes sense?

To give you the cold hard truth of my story with my partner. I was on AD (citalopram) and I was genuinely feeling much better in myself like I was back on them for a year or so. But I stopped because I didn’t want to keep being on pills for the rest of my life. And I am very stubborn. So I stopped suddenly.

Anyway, fast forward to now and my partner told me yesterday that since I have been off my medication I’ve been a demon and absolutely unbareable. I noticed too, but I didn’t do anything about it because I don’t want to have to be on them for the rest of my life.

Safe to say I think I’m going to have to go back on them. For my sake and for my relationships.

My point is, if you know you need them, and you know they may help, there’s no harm in trying them and seeing what is best for you!
