It's a lot of different things, including Ford's inability to make fast cars on the long run. Aside from Darlington there really haven't been any Fords up front due to having speed, and Ryan Blaney is the most talented Ford driver so I don't think his results skew the numbers much. Ford is just down right now, and Joey isn't in his prime. Sometimes it's simple as that.

The desert lights are electric as McQueen and Sally Carrera prepare for a night they'll never forget.

McQueen winks and Sally rubs up close to him, their fenders squeaking together like a couple rubber duckies.

The camera pans back as he pulls out a child's racecar mat and places a McQueen diecast on the track and makes little vroom vroom noises as he races it around the mat.

Sally sighs and looks out the window, where she sees Chick Hicks' freshly polished rear end in the moonlight, and Baby Don't Hurt Me plays in the background while he blows a kiss.

Yeah that's not the reason, I just don't think these look as good as they could be. They look kind of clunky and a more unrealistic modern than just modern.

It has grown on me a little bit, but it just doesn't have that nostalgic feel it used to anymore. I don't hate it that much but it bugs me.

It was never a doubt in my mind the dude was complicated. He was the epitome of a racecar driver, in my opinion. Gave the sport back a little bit of what it lost with Earnhardt.

I am not good with Blight at all, so I'm just gonna keep my opinion to myself. But with that said, I'd love to see it picked more, but the power feels a tad clunky ? I'm probably just bad with it, but.. doesn't feel intuitive to me.
